Origins becasuse It feels more alive and detailed. Animals hunt, Bandits do raids and ambushes , Soldiers use their horses (Soldiers in Odyssey don't use their horses in combat again when they diamount), Mounted combat, Desert sandstorms and Hallucinations. etc. Also I prefer Origins' combat.
I probably won't have much use for the extra 2 AC remastered games with the gold edition, but is there much additional play through content with the included DLC's with the gold edition worth the upgrade? I've currently sunk over 70+ hours into Origins and really enjoy the exploration of each area and try to 100% complete wherever I can!

Both are incredible deals and the sale might be on xbox and ps4 too but not sure. If you had to pick one, though, I'd say Odyssey has better gameplay Origins has better quests and story. Origins is the better Assassin's Creed game Odyssey is the better RPG. Both are great.
