I’ve been thinking of trading my 3 series BMW for an X3 and could use some advice about the differences between the first and second generation versions. My tendency is to buy used cars, I suppose because I’m practical and overly cheap so I’ve been thinking of a late first generation 2010 or early second generation 2011 or 2012.
