Boot the win10 media. Instead of installing, click on "Repair my Computer". Navigate to command prompt and use "diskpart clean" to wipe my HDD. Do a clean install of windows 10, if it asks for key, just click "skip", "not now" or "do this later". And then flash bios after clean win10 is fully stabile.
